Free Driver WELLBEING Session

We understand that driving is a challenging job at the best of times, let alone with the additional stress of the current situation. That’s why, as part of our ongoing commitment of trying to help where we can, we’ve teamed up with OPENMIND and Rener Wellbeing to run a free online driver wellbeing session at 11.00am on Wednesday 29th April 2020.
The session is aimed at helping to help support drivers on how to improve their wellbeing, including mental health, physical activity, sleep and nutrition. At the end of the session we will be looking to collect feedback on how useful you found the session so that we can implement an effective plan to roll this out long term. This feedback can be anonymous if required.
